These Terms of Use apply to access and use of TrueOps, including the TrueOps web and mobile applications. By using TrueOps, you agree to use the service only for authorized business purposes.

Authorized access

TrueOps accounts are provided by an organization or administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for using the service only within your assigned role and permissions.

Operational content

Users may enter messages, checklist records, visit report notes, maintenance items, and other operational information. You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and appropriate.

Acceptable use

• Do not access stores, users, or company data you are not authorized to view.
• Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass security controls.
• Do not upload or send unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of TrueOps.

Availability

TrueOps is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for maintenance, security, reliability, or business reasons.
