Account deletion
Delete your TrueOps account
Account deletion is permanent. Deleting your account removes your TrueOps login and personal account profile. Some business records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, audit, or operational purposes.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your TrueOps account, email support@true-ops.net using the email address associated with your TrueOps account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your TrueOps username
- Your company or store, if known
- A clear statement that you want your TrueOps account deleted
What happens next
We will review the request, verify the account, and process deletion within a reasonable timeframe. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you before completing the request.
