TrueOps is an operations platform used by restaurant teams to manage store execution, communication, checklists, visit reports, maintenance follow-up, and related operational workflows.

Information we collect

Depending on how your organization uses TrueOps, we may collect:

  • Account information such as name, username, role, assigned store, assigned area, and email address.
  • Operational content entered in the app, including checklist activity, SVR notes, maintenance tickets, and messages.
  • Device and app information needed for login, security, push notifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Usage information such as timestamps, message activity, checklist completion, and admin actions.

How we use information

  • To provide and secure the TrueOps service.
  • To show users the stores, teams, tools, and messages they are permitted to access.
  • To send operational notifications and support communication.
  • To troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and support customer organizations.

Sharing

TrueOps does not sell user data. Information may be visible to authorized users inside your organization, such as admins, supervisors, managers, HR, or support roles, based on configured permissions. Data retention

We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide TrueOps, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and support legitimate business operations.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion at any time from the TrueOps app or by visiting true-ops.net/delete-account. Some operational records may need to be retained where required by law, audit obligations, security needs, or legitimate business operations.
